Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@peanut-wear.com Please note that returns must be approved before being sent. Returns address will be provided once approved.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes personalized items, custom apparel, and any products created specifically for your order.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you may request a return (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This right does not apply to custom or personalized items.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
